In the Far East
with Nomads and Mountain Farmers

Since he was young, the essence of nature is a vital source of inspiration for Felix. The way of life of indigenous tribes impressed him a lot. Felix is driven by his childhood dream and his deep longing for plain and original ways of life. After his anthroposophical oriented apprenticeship in horticulture he went to Asia to live and work with nomads in Mongolia and with mountain farmers from various tribal groups in Vietnam. Beyond our romantic ideas of an original life with the unspoiled nature, Felix experienced its real romance with all senses and his whole heart.

In his slideshows Felix talks about his stays with nomads, mountain farmers and the formative experiences of his travels in Asia which are the foundation of his present point of view.
At the same time, he surprises the audience with lyrical elements which were created during his travels. Not only his experiences from the Far East are mirrored in his stories; moreover, our western culture, culture in general and human being are reflected at the same time.
This voyage in the world is both an outer and an inner experience. These stories will invite you to the countries and the landscapes where Felix travelled and also to the landscapes of his thoughts and feelings which cannot be separated from each other.
